Inspired by the instantly iconic upcycled mittens worn by Bernie at the inauguration (and apparently worn all the time), it was too fun to pass up creating a colorway for.
Packed full of browns, tan, and white stripes for all the fun Fair Isle action happening on the back of the mitten. The green and gray are the accents on the thumb, while the blue is for the palm of the mittens.
The yarn will be 100g of self striping sock yarn with 14 equally weighted colors that will repeat several times over the course of the skein. Stripes will be somewhere between 4 and 5 yards each (so could work well for a hat too, especially with the extra blue as a pompom!).
2 options: 1: 100g self striping sock yarn. 2: 100g self striping sock yarn plus a 25g mini of blue yarn to match the palm of the mittens.
